What Our
Students Have To Say

See why our students love training with us.

“I had my Discovery Flight today with Chris and it was absolutely amazing! Immediately entering the TAA facility, it felt like visiting family.”

Everyone was so kind and welcoming. The planes and headset equipment were top notch. The training was high level and within minutes I was flying. The views were priceless during the discovery flight. To top that off, TAA is heavily involved in the community. If you are looking for a great Flight school then look no further.

I had a great experience at TAA. They prepared me for my private, instrument, and commercial check rides!

Wow, just wow! I was a bit hesitant about going to TAA because of the mixed reviews about Flight Attendant schools that are going around out there but after attending TAA, I DO NOT regret it all!!!

Every flight school will have planes, pilots, and fancy headsets, but TAA's staff makes a serious difference. Our pilot was an incredibly nice, educated, personable man named Dalton (ask for him if you can!)

I loved it here at Triad Aviation Academy. Kim and Camille are so nice they really care about you getting a job to becoming a flight attendant. We had to airlines that interviewed us. We did not have to compete with 200K other applicants we were given access to recruiters.

From TAA Student Pilot
to Delta First Officer

“TAA gave me the opportunities, leadership experience, and confidence that helped shape the airline pilot I am today.”

Yamarley's aviation journey is a testament to what dedication, quality training, and the right opportunities can achieve. After completing his training at TAA, he joined PSA Airlines, an American Airlines Group carrier, where he has spent the past two years building valuable airline experience while serving on the company's Fatigue Committee and collaborating on initiatives with major carriers including JetBlue and Delta.

"The training process at TAA was straightforward and flexible, the instructors were supportive, and the environment provided exposure to many different aspects of aviation. The unique programs and leadership opportunities gave me a competitive advantage and played a significant role in where I am today."

As he approached the transition from First Officer to Captain, another exciting opportunity emerged: joining Delta Air Lines as a First Officer. Throughout his career progression, Yamarley credits TAA for helping him develop not only his technical flying skills, but also the leadership abilities, teamwork, and Crew Resource Management experience that distinguished him during airline interviews.

Questions and Answers
That Helped Other Students

Flight training is a serious step, and clear answers matter. Use these questions to understand your path, reduce surprises, and choose the program that fits your goals.

Choose the path that matches your goal: flying for fun, earning your Private Pilot Certificate, or building toward a career.
No, you do not need any prior flight experience to start your training. We welcome students starting from zero and guide them all the way to their pilot goals.
The Private Pilot Certificate allows you to act as pilot in command of an aircraft for non-commercial purposes, carrying passengers and flying in clear weather conditions.
You should pursue an Instrument Rating after earning your Private Pilot Certificate if you want to fly in clouds or low-visibility conditions, and it is a key milestone if you are building toward a professional career.
